A parish needs much more than just a priest. It needs a community to help. And the various parish ministries are how we can do that.

Reflective discernment questions to assist you in discerning what ministry you could serve in:

• Why do I want to serve?
  Understanding your motivation is crucial.
  REFLECT: What drives you to serve, & how do your personal experiences & faith journey influence this desire.
• What are my natural abilities & abilities? Consider your skills, talents, & passions.
  REFLECT: God has given each of us unique gifts & aligning your ministry with these can lead to more effective & joyful service.
• Where are the biggest needs?
  Look at the needs mentioned on the church ministry subpages.
  REFLECT: Sometimes the most impactful service comes from stepping into roles that are less glamourous but highly necessary.
• Does this role energize me?
  Think about whether the ministry role excites & energizes you.
  REFLECT: Serving in an area that aligns with your strengths & passions can be incredibly fulfilling.
• Can I wholeheartedly support the purpose & leadership vision of this ministry?
  It is important to be in a ministry where you respect & can follow the purpose & leadership of this ministry.
  REFLECT: This respect can make your service more effective & Harmonious.
