Our parish will be hosting our special World Marriage Day Celebration on Sunday, February 9 at the 9:00 AM Mass at St. Louis Church. Marriage is the foundation of the family, which in turn, is the foundation of a healthy society. We need to respect and honor the vocation of married life for all the gifts that it bears for us. This year we will be honoring couples married, or who had their wedding validated, in the follow years:

2015 (10 years), 2005 (20 years), 2000 (25 years), 1995 (30 years), 1985 (40 years), 1975 (50 years) and 1970 (55 years) or any year earlier.

If you were married in one of the years listed above, please contact the rectory at 834-5656 by Monday, February 3. You will receive an invitation with the celebration details. Couples attending will receive a small bouquet of flowers and have their photo taken before mass begins.

We will also be hosting celebrations at each of the area nursing/assisted living homes for couples with a resident spouse.
